Big Splash for Scouts!

Last night at the Swanley District Swimming Gala, the Scout team, beat all the other Scout troops into submission and won the Scout Section Trophy.

Winning 5 out of the seven races for the section, they could not be beaten, also taking first place in the Scout Diving event, and a finger tip second in the Leaders race! Pictured below with their trophy are (l-r) Ellena, Calum, Lucy, Matthew, Archie &  Phillipa.

Team manager Angela Brewer was so delighted with the win she took to the water herself with the rest of the team after the results had been announced!

To add to the excitment of the evening the Darvale Epxlorer team came joint 3rd overall, winning the Explorer fun relay by over half a length!
